Warranties

All our lifts come with comprehensive warranties to give you complete peace of mind. Whichever model you choose, you will benefit from a 12 month parts and labour guarantee as standard. On the Screw & Nut platform lifts there is a ten year guarantee covering manufacturing defects on the main drive screw. Opportunities to extend the warranty are available – please ask us about options. 

Servicing

We recommend 6 monthly service visits to ensure that your lift continues to perform to optimum standards.  Your first service, between 3 and 6 months after installation, is free of charge. We will remind you when this service falls due and arrange for one of our factory-trained engineers to visit you at a mutually convenient time.
