When Cobie Loubser was creating his new veterinary practice in Eastbourne, he was keen to achieve an exceptional finish throughout.  His chosen location for Cobie VetCare near the town’s Enterprise Centre had the required space but he felt it extremely important to provide easy and comfortable access to the practice for his clients and their pets too. Whilst the entrance is on the ground floor there are a few steps, which Cobie knew could be troublesome for older, larger dogs.
